Refund policy

Returns

  • Any Damage Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
  • Products damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/Offer products.
  • Clearence Sale or Offer Sale not Returns 
  • Customized or altered sarees.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 12 hours with photos.
